Christmas Challenge
This Christmas I'm going to do something different. Since I'm by myself this holiday season once again I have found you have to keep finding ways to stay motivated. I'm not sure what the challenge will consist of but it is going to be intense. Stay Tuned for info and video.

Tabata Goodness
Tabata is essentially a quick HIIT workout. Short periods of high intensity work followed by short rest. It's pretty adaptable and will definitely find a permanent place in my workouts.

Sticking with it
It can get tough sticking to a fitness program. That is why it is very important to have a goal in mind and a plan to achieve that goal. After learning more and more I know what it is I want to achieve.

The Beginning
Every story has a beginning and every story has an end, in our own personal stories what happens in between is up to you. I'm starting this blog for a number of reasons: A place to discuss my thoughts and findings, a journal to keep track of my workouts, a means to express myself and grow as a human being. Those are just a few that come to mind but things will come as time progresses. So without further ado I hereby announce the Beginning of Fitness Evolved.
